How do pre-orders work?
We only accept pre-orders after we've received the physical products. This ensures that we have the correct number of allocations available to fulfill orders and avoids the risk of having to cancel any orders due to allocation issues. It also gives us the opportunity to inspect the items before we process any payments, ensuring you receive product in perfect condition.
Do you allow order cancellations after payment?
Once a payment is made, we can only accept cancellations within a 24 hours window, including for any pre-orders. As we aim to ship quickly, if your order has already shipped, any cancellations will not be allowed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting your payment. If you do wish to cancel and do so with the 24 hour window and prior to having your order shipped, a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee will be applied. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us prior to completing the purchase.
How do I track my order?
All shipments come with tracking information, which will be provided to you once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
What are the shipping options and estimated delivery times?
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. However, during times of high demand, it may take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all purchases over $200.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods available through Shopify's secure checkout system.

What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with your order details and pictures of the issue so we can resolve it promptly. Please review our return policy for more information.
Do you buy collections?
Yes, we do buy trading card collections including sealed collections, raw trading cards and graded cards! At this time we are only buying for Pokemon and One Piece TCGs. If you're interested in selling your collection, email us at [Contact Us] for more information.
